The Cherry season in Victoria is very short and late November is one of the best times to explore the Cherry/Berries Farms.
Ticket includes:
* Bus Trip
* Tickets to Berry/Cherry Picking Farm (One Type of Fruit Picking)
Attractions:
1) Cherry/Berry Picking - You Pick and Eat as much as you want on the beautiful Cherry Farms around Melbourne. The Cherries/Berries are not sprayed with any chemicals and are ready to be eaten directly from the trees/shrubs. You can eat as many fruits as you want to and can 😊
2) National Rhodedendron Gardens (Flowers) - A photographer's delight is what is the iconic National Rhododendron Gardens, set at the foothills of the blue Australian Alps. These gardens offer the best scenic views of the surrounding landscape. As the summer sets in, the park is filled with colorful blooms; including azaleas, camellias, rhododendrons and daffodils. The 103 acres of scenic botanic gardens house some of the rarest and most popular Australian flora and fauna.
3) Sherbrooke Falls Trail - 2.5km circuit. Take an easy hour walk to the gentle Sherbrooke Falls, snapping a selfie in the hollowed tree before crossing the wooden bridge to reach the viewing platform, drawn by the trickling water and forest valley. The journey to the waterfall in the shades of over 200 year old Sassafras and Mountain Ash trees, is a gentle introduction to the famous Dandenong Ranges. This place is perfect for a picnic lunch. After a picnic, there are plenty of short trails to explore.
4) Sherbrooke Waterfalls - Explore the spectacular waterfalls that are most inspiring after the rains when the Sherbrooke Creek cascades over rocky outcrops.
If time permits, we will also try to visit the Sky High Point on Mount Dandenong.
Be prepared for the whole day enjoyment and some amazing photos with wonderful wildlife!
